Tennessee's contract compliance and certification processes are now streamlined and more efficient. The entire process is online, using our web-based GO-BID System. You will manage your own information online, ensuring maximum accuracy and access to contract and subcontractor reporting.

We are pleased to offer our Tennessee GO-BID System to facilitate greater participation with small, for-profit businesses in the state's procurement and contracting opportunities.

The System supports the Governor’s Office of Business Initiatives and Development to:

Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of certified businesses.
Assist certified businesses in complying with state procurement and contracting procedures and requirements.
Examine requests from state agencies for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment or construction and design services to help determine which invitations to bid and requests for proposals may offer increased opportunities for certified businesses; and
Make recommendations to appropriate state agencies regarding their agency's internal aspirational goals.
Expand economic opportunities in businesses in Rural Counties in the State of Tennessee.
